About the first week in November, I was contacted by Karyn Schonherz, Prudential California Realty, regarding the listing and sale of our home of 17 years.
Although we did not have any children growing up in that house, we did have mixed emotions of leaving the area and our friends and relatives. While going through the process of listing and signing what seemed to be mountains of paperwork, I found Karyn to be very professional and her demeanor of "down to business" made our decision easier to move on. It was because of Karyn's efficiency and "market sense" that gave us a very comfortable feeling that we would expect a painless transaction.
I was very glad to have Karyn and her daughter Kim follow through with every detail insuring a flawless closing in the short 30 days as requested. Now that we are in our new new home and almost settled in, I do reflect on how Karyn & Kim kept our stress level to a minimum during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday.
